when i first got to oia, mom and dad made me walk down 250 stairs to the diving rock and i was mad.  there were donkeys walking down the stairs and there were donkey poops everywhere and i had to walk around. i was holding wescott’s hand.  it was gross.  then yve and tuckie showed up. otto was in front of us because he was the fastest one.  after the diving rock, i had to walk all the way back up around the poops again.  i didn’t like donkeys.  but then, i started liking them because they are cute. i got a stuffed animal donkey and her name is Rose.  then i got a baby donkey and a big sister donkey. the big sister donkey is named Kate and the baby donkey is named Ella. i like donkeys.

Hi Jones! I love all of these pictures of donkeys! When Mason was first born and Thomas was only 2 years old our neighbor had a donkey who had a baby! We used to visit the baby donkey every day! It was soooo cute! I’m glad you love the donkeys now because they are very sweet creatures! Have fun on your last days on Santorini! Love, Kristin

Jones, your post about Donkeys was so much fun to read! You put very good details into your writing. Vivian is jealous that you got THREE new stuffies, since she asks for them everywhere we go, and we always say “you will have to carry them in your pack” and there is not much room in our packs. Take good care of Rose, Ella and Kate, and keep us posted on your adventures with them!
